- The more time you put into training, the more time and energy you need to put into recovery.

- It is better to learn this lesson before you break yourself than after for long-term success and sustainability in running.
WHO?
- Individuals training with StrengthLab Running for the Comrades Ultra Marathon, Cape Town Marathon and any other running programme.
- For novice, intermediate, advanced runners.

How to get started
- Choose one of our packages below
- Choose your preferred location. Sandton, Parktown North, Norwood
- Other sessions will be confirmed after your first visit
- Once off fee payable in advance at the start of the Recovery Therapy

Once a month over your 20 week Training Plan
R1500/ once off
Ten (10) Sessions
Twice a Month over your 20 week Training Plan
R2500/ once off
