Virtual Personal Training

In light of the current COVID-19 situation, we are running virtual group and personal training sessions for kids and adults via the Zoom app. This online fitness community was conceived to introduce an exercise routine during lockdown to ensure that our athletes continue to keep active and stay positive during these uncertain times. 

Session detail

Our online sessions are suitable for all fitness levels and the workouts can be easily adapted based on your individual ability. These sessions require no gym equipment and can be done almost anywhere. All you need is a device that has an internet connection! 

We provide the ultimate coaching experience. Every session is delivered by our passionate, knowledgeable and experienced Sports Scientist, Jateen Bhana. He provides that extra motivation you need to meet your specific fitness and overall wellness goals.
