Strength:Lab Superheroes provides a fun, engaging way for kids to learn fundamental movements based on Superheroes’ movement patterns. We provide a scientifically sound programme and a progressive curriculum grounded in world-class sports science, with a spin that kids love.
The programme comprises:
- 120 exercises across 24 gradually increasing levels,
- modelled on five ‘Superheroes’, with each Superhero representing a different movement pattern, and
- grounded in the latest sports science on the fundamental development of children’s athletic skills.
Each exercise has a particular physical objective with five easily identifiable technical points. The child is provided with positive encouragement and support with a view to improving their athletic skills over time. Parents are regularly updated on their child’s progress – Every child gets their own private progress screen (strictly for the access of the child’s parents/guardian only), showing exactly how much and how rapidly their athletic skills are improving across the five types of movement.
In light of the current COVID-19 (Level 3) lockdown situation, VIRTUAL group and personal training sessions for kids via the Zoom App is the safest way to keep up with your child’s training through this uncertain time.

The virtual group classes are scheduled at the following times:

Your child may attend as many sessions per week as they would like to. (Recordings of the session will also be made available should your child not be able to make a certain session.)
