ADULT STRENGTH TRAINING

We deliver Functional Fitness for adults to improve overall strength and skill for common body movements. This programme focuses on strength, power, mobility and body control to help you physically to perform more optimally. At Strength:Lab we understand that no single programme is suited for all. This is why our training methodologies are tailored to our clients’ specific individual needs and goals. Our training styles are also measurable so that each client can track their progress.  

Our monthly unlimited virtual group sessions focus on two types of training as detailed below:

METABOLIC TRAINING

Metabolic training involves a combination of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and strength exercises with very little rest in between exercises. This type of training maximises the burning of calories and increases the metabolic rate during and after the workout. These sessions are tough but effective for improving your body composition in terms of fat loss.

STRENGTH ADAPTATION

The incorporation of strength training into your routine is key when looking to improve performance and improve your body composition. Strength training not only improves functional movement patterns but also builds lean muscle tissue, reduces your risk of getting injured and improves your performance too. (running & cycling)

 In light of the current COVID-19 (Level 3) lockdown situation, VIRTUAL group and personal training sessions for adults via the Zoom App is the safest way to keep up with your training through this uncertain time.

 

Monthly unlimited package of virtual group sessions for the month of July 2020 at R800 per person.

The virtual group classes are scheduled at the following times: 

Mondays 09:00am – 10:00am
Wednesdays 09:00am – 10:00am
Fridays 09:00am – 10:00am
Saturdays 10:00am – 11:00am

You may attend as many sessions per week as you would like to. (Recordings of the session will also be made available should you not be able to make a certain session)

Drop in sessions at a cost of R100 per session.

Small Group Personal Training

Share the cost and receive the benefits of personal training with a friend or family member.  A great affordable personal training alternative. This service allows you to enjoy all the benefits of personal training.

Private one-on-one Sessions are also available
